Refund Policy


If you receive your items broken you most let us know whiten 48 hours. Do not return broken items before letting us know about that.

We accept returns up to 30 days, after 30 days you must have prior authorization to return your order, returns received without prior authorization will not be refunded, returns after 30 days are subject to 35% restocking fee.

Items that are bought under special deals do not qualify for return.

Items must be returned in “same as shipped” condition.

Fixtures are not eligible for return. If your buying new LED lamps for your house, we recommend buying first 1 to test and make sure you like them. If you need help choosing the right product for your house always feel free to reach out to us.

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 Business days.

Please note: we process returns only once a week.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item it will be treated as a new transaction, you will receive a refund for your first order and you may place a new order at any time.


Our products are usually shipped same or next day, items not in stock usually ship within 3-5 Business days, feel free to reach out to us if you need to know if an item is in stock. We are not responsible for any cost of labor or any other cost that may result in a late shipment, we recommend not to schedule any installation before receiving your products.
